President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said, citing intelligence data, that on 27-28 October, the first DPRK military would be used by Russia in combat zones. This was reported by the presidential press service.

Today, on 25 October, Commander-in-Chief Syrskyy reported to the President on the situation at the front. According to the President, the situation in Donetsk Region is difficult, but the combat brigades are holding their positions and doing everything possible to destroy Russian army.

"The Kursk operation is a separate issue. We are implementing our tasks. The buffer zone on Russian territory protects Ukraine from Russian attempts to expand the war in the east of our country and ensures significant Russian losses," the President said.

The Commander-in-Chief also reported on the performance of tasks in certain areas of the Kursk Region.

"I also reported on Russia's involvement of military personnel from North Korea. According to intelligence information, on 27-28 October, the first North Korean military will be deployed by Russia in combat zones. This is an obvious escalation step by Russia that matters, unlike all the disinformation that has been heard a lot in Kazan these days," the president stressed.

He noted that the world can clearly see what Russia really wants, and that is to continue the war. That is why we need a principled and strong reaction from the world's leaders.

The actual involvement of North Korea in hostilities should be responded to not with closed eyes and confused comments, but with tangible pressure on both Moscow and Pyongyang to comply with the UN Charter and punish escalation.
