A nighttime rocket attack on the city of Dnipro killed three people, including a child. Another 20 people were injured, including four children: girls aged 8 and 16 and two 17-year-old boys. Eight people are hospitalised. Only civilian objects were damaged.
This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Sergey Lysak.
As a result of the rocket attack, the city was destroyed in several locations at once. A residential two-storey building and a garage were destroyed. 13 apartment buildings and 2 private houses, 30 cars were damaged. The hospital buildings were damaged.
"As soon as the explosions occurred, all services - the State Emergency Service, ambulance, police - rushed to help people. Volunteers are also working. Hot meals and drinks were organised. The locals were also provided with psychological support. Utilities have already removed 80 tonnes of construction waste," said Lysak.
Russian military also struck Nikopol district - the district centre and the Marhanets community. They used kamikaze drones and artillery. Infrastructure was damaged. There were no casualties.
