On 1 November, Russians attacked law enforcement officers in Kharkiv.
This was stated by the head of the National Police Ivan Vyhivskyy.
‘Today, the Russian enemy targeted a police station in the centre of Kharkiv with two missiles, killing a police officer and wounding 26 other police officers and four civilians,’ said Vyhivskyy.
He added that the deceased was police colonel Andriy Matviyenko.
Currently, police are working at the scene, providing assistance at the site of the hit and documenting another Russian war crime.
The National Police added that the enemy had previously used S-300 missiles. The arrival occurred at 16.05. The administrative building and nearby buildings were damaged.
