President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyy, Chief of the General Staff Bargylevych and Defence Minister Rustem Umerov. They talked about the situation at the front, with the greatest attention paid to the Pokrovsk, Toretsk, Kurakhove and Kupyansk sectors.
There was a separate report on the Kursk operation and the destruction of Russian forces in certain areas near our state border. This was reported on the President's Telegram channel.
"We have important developments in the supply of equipment for the frontline from our partners - we have recorded an increase in supplies in accordance with support packages. The results in the supply of artillery have become better. The Minister of Defence reported on the supply of Ukrainian-made drones for the Defence Forces. The approved supply plans are being implemented, and I am grateful to all manufacturers for this. I have instructed the Minister of Defence to further increase the order of Ukrainian drones for our respective operations," Zelenskyy said.
- Recently, the president reported insufficient supplies of weapons promised by partners. Zelenskyy stressed that weapons are needed not only for current tasks but also for reserves.
