On 12 November, Volodymyr Zelenskyy enacted the NSDC decision ‘On the Application and Cancellation of Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures (Sanctions)’.

The relevant decrees were published on the President's website.

The list includes 15 individuals and 102 companies.

Restrictive measures were imposed against the so-called ‘governor’ of the temporarily occupied Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhayev, judges from Crimea, Irina Kagitina, Alexei Kozyrev, Alexei Tikhopoy, as well as Andrey and Ivan Schneider, and Andrey Veikulainen, who ran companies that worked to bring the Russian supermarket chain Mere to the Ukrainian market.

Among the sanctioned legal entities are the Russian and Belarusian companies Torgservice 324, Gradoplan-Krym, Sheremetyevo Handling, Domodedovo Airport Handling, Airport Service, Air Gate of the Northern Capital and others related to servicing the aviation industry of the aggressor country.
