Ukrainian defenders of the sky shot down 20 Russian attack drones out of 31 launched by Russia. 10 drones were lost in the area. The area where the drones were launched is Bryansk and Orel in the Russian Federation.
According to the Air Force, as of 12.00, 20 Shahed and other types of attack drones were confirmed to have been shot down in Poltava, Sumy, Kyiv, Zhytomyr and Cherkasy Regions.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Air Force and Defence Forces.
As a result of active countermeasures by the Defence Forces, 10 enemy UAVs failed to reach their targets (lost in the area). One drone is still in the air.
No hits were recorded, no information on damage or casualties was received.
