He will advise Umerov on a freelance basis.

Oleksandr Kubrakov, former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure, has been appointed as a freelance adviser to Defence Minister Rustem Umerov

Umerov believes that "his experience as Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Infrastructure and Head of Ukravtodor is important and will help improve the supply and logistics system in the Armed Forces of Ukraine". The Minister announced the appointment on the morning of 7 January.

"I am confident that his state and practical experience will contribute to improving the efficiency of defence processes and strengthening our defence capabilities," commented Rustem Umerov.
