A civilian was killed as a result of Russian shelling in Kupyansk, Kharkiv Region.
The Regional Military Administration reported that the attack occurred around 18:00, targeting civilian infrastructure. Residential buildings and outbuildings were damaged.
“The Russian occupiers continue to strike at the civilian infrastructure of the Kharkiv Region,” the administration stated.
Under the procedural supervision of the Kupiansk District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into this war crime under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
