On the night of 11 January, the Russian Federation launched 74 Shahed attack UAVs and various types of imitation drones at Ukraine from the directions of Millerovo, Orel, Bryansk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia). This was reported by the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The air attack involved anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, mobile fire groups of the Air Force and the Defence Forces of Ukraine.
"As of 09.00, 47 Shahed strike UAVs and other types of drones have been confirmed downed in Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhya, Kirovohrad, Kherson and Mykolayiv Regions," the Air Force said.
The crash of the downed Russian drones in seven Regions of Ukraine damaged commercial buildings, institutions, private homes, and vehicles. The consequences are being repaired without casualties, and the victims are being provided with assistance.
27 Russian imitator drones were lost locally (without any negative consequences).
