Military facilities disguised as civilian plants were attacked in Russia’s Rostov and Leningrad Regions, according to Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Centre for Countering Disinformation under Ukraine’s National Security and Defence Council.
Kovalenko stated that Russia is attempting to conceal military production by presenting such facilities as ordinary factories. “But everything is known,” he remarked.
Russian Telegram channels reported that in the Rostov Region, a fire broke out at the PlastFactor plant in the village of Krym, which is officially said to produce flooring. Meanwhile, in Gatchina, Leningrad Region, explosions and a fire were reported in an industrial zone, affecting an area of 1,900 square metres. Local sources claim that an acetone plant is on fire.
