At night, the Russian military hit a ten-storey building in Kherson with a KAB. As of the morning of 20 February, six victims, including two children, were known to have been injured.
As of 13:54, the RMA reported that rescuers had removed the body of a man from the rubble. Relevant services are identifying the deceased.

According to the regional military administration (RMA), two of the victims were rescued by the State Emergency Service (SES) from the 8th and 9th floors of the destroyed building.
The twins are in hospital - a boy and a girl, aged 14. Doctors assess their condition as satisfactory. A 47-year-old man who was in the room of the car park duty officer near the place of the hit was also hospitalised. He received a shrapnel wound and a broken leg bone.
Three more men were treated by an ambulance crew on the spot. The victims sustained contusions, and one of the Kherson residents sustained a head injury.

Fifteen apartments were destroyed by the strike - from the 1st to the 10th floor of one of the entrances. In addition, windows were smashed in 80 homes.
The operational headquarters of the Kherson Regional Military Command has been deployed at the site of another Russian terrorist attack.
About 120 people and 35 pieces of equipment are involved. These include rescuers, police, doctors, utility workers, volunteers and city officials.
There may still be people under the rubble. The rubble is being cleared and victims are being searched for.
