Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reports another night attack by Russian attack drones.
According to the official, the Russian Shaheds attacked the Shevchenkivskyy, Slobidskyy and Saltivskyy districts. One of the drones hit a school yard, smashing windows in the building.
As of 12:21, according to the prosecutor's office, 16 injured reported.
Another UAV struck a residential building in the Saltivskyy district. As of 7:20 a.m., according to the State Emergency Service, 14 people were injured. At least four of them are children.
A strike on the territory of a kindergarten located among high-rise buildings in the Shevchenkivskyy district was also confirmed. In total, Russians launched 12 drones at Kharkiv, one of which fell without detonation.
According to Oleh Synyehubov, Head of the Regional Military Administration, the injured children are aged 2, 12, 16 and 17.
In the Shevchenkivskyy district, a drone hit the ground on the territory of an educational institution. Grass and rubbish caught fire. The glazing of a multi-storey residential building was damaged. Two more Shahed UAVs struck the ground. The glazing of three apartment buildings was damaged. As a result of the fall of Russian drone debris, grass burned over an area of 100 square metres.
A shop covering an area of 200 square metres caught fire in Slobidskyy. The building sustained damage.
In Saltivskyy, civilian cars caught fire near a residential building. The facade of a multi-storey building was also damaged. In the same area, a UAV hit the roof of the technical floor of a nine-storey residential building. A fire broke out. An unexploded UAV was found on the roof of a warehouse.
