SCALP missiles strike Russian UAV storage site near Donetsk Airport

Ukrainian strike UAVs also hit Russian ammunition depots in the occupied territories.

As part of efforts to reduce the offensive potential of the Russian aggressor, yesterday and on the night of 14 April, units of the Defence Forces of Ukraine struck a number of important targets, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports. 

In particular, strikes were carried out on attack unmanned aerial vehicle storage sites in the area of Donetsk Airport in the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk Region.

The strike was carried out by units of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine using SCALP cruise missiles and GBU-39 guided aerial bombs.

Ukrainian strike UAVs hit enemy ammunition depots in the areas of the settlements of Azovske in Zaporizhzhya region, Urzuf and Kulykivske in Donetsk Region. 

Russian losses and the scale of the damage inflicted are being clarified.
