On 25 July, Russia attacked the Odesa Region, hitting residential areas and civilian infrastructure.
This was reported by Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.
According to him, in Odesa district a private home and nearly a dozen nearby houses were damaged.
“According to preliminary information, a 65-year-old man was injured. Medics are providing all necessary assistance. Infrastructure facilities were also damaged,” Kiper added.
