On 28 August and overnight, the Defence Forces struck sites used to launch attack drones, an electronic warfare system and enemy command posts in Russia and in occupied territory. Strikes were carried out in Bryansk Region, Crimea and Donetsk Region. This was reported by the General Staff.
In the areas of Donetsk and Hvardiiske, storage, preparation and launch sites for the Russian occupiers’ attack UAVs were hit. In the area of Znamenka in Crimea, a Russian electronic warfare system was struck.
“In addition, a UAV control point in Berestky, Donetsk Region, was hit. The extent of the damage is being уточнюється”, the statement said.
Following analysis of additional data, the destruction on 28 August of a Buk-M3 surface-to-air missile system in the area of Klintsy, Bryansk Region, has been confirmed.
