The 1,650th day of the Russian Federation’s full-scale armed aggression against Ukraine has begun. Overall, 225 combat engagements were recorded over the past day, with the heaviest fighting on the Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka axes.

Yesterday, the enemy carried out 91 air strikes, dropping 288 guided aerial bombs. In addition, the invaders used 11,517 kamikaze drones and conducted 2,966 attacks on populated areas and our troops’ positions, 38 of them using multiple launch rocket systems.
Enemy artillery fire, in particular, hit the settlements of Tovstodubove, Bachivsk, Bezsalivka, Korenok, Ulanove, Hirky, Iskryskivshchyna, Yastrubshchyna, Neskuchne, Ryzhivka, Kozache, Sopych, Seredyna-Buda, Kucherivka, Mala Slobidka, Volfyne, Radionivka, Romashkove and Nova Sich in Sumy Region; and Berylivka in Chernihiv Region. Air strikes hit Yastrubshchyna and Vilna Sloboda.
Over the past day, aircraft, missile troops and artillery of the Defence Forces struck two areas where enemy personnel were concentrated, six UAV control points, six guns and artillery positions, a command post and five other key targets of the occupiers.
On the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk axes, two enemy assault actions were recorded over the past day. The aggressor carried out 49 attacks on our troops’ positions and populated areas.
On the Southern Slobozhanshchyna axis, Ukrainian units repelled three enemy attacks. The invaders tried to advance towards the settlements of Vovchanski Khutory, Volokhivka and Rybalchyne.
On the Kupiansk axis, the enemy attacked five times towards Dovhenke, Radkivka and Kupiansk.
Attempts to break into our defences were repelled on the Lyman axis, where the occupiers attacked 15 times towards the settlement of Lyman and in the areas of Hrekivka, Novoselivka, Stavky, Dibrova and Novoiehorivka.
On the Sloviansk axis, the enemy carried out eight assault actions in the areas of the settlements of Kryva Luka, Dibrova, Zakitne, Mykolaivka and Riznykivka.
On the Kramatorsk axis, Russian invaders conducted one offensive action towards Fedorivka.
On the Kostiantynivka axis, 23 attacks were recorded. The invaders carried out assault actions in the areas of the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, Novoselivka, Pavlivka, Stepanivka, Raiske, Vilne and Kucheriv Yar.
The enemy carried out 36 attacks on the Pokrovsk axis. The occupiers tried to advance towards the settlements of Novyi Donbas, Hulive, Molodetske, Novopavlivka, Horikhove, Bilytske, Dobropillia, Novohryshyne, Myrne, Serhiivka and in the area of Novomykolaivka, Muravka, Novopidhhorodne and Udachne.
On the Oleksandrivka axis, the enemy launched an attack in the area of Ternove.
On the Huliaipole axis, the occupiers attacked our defenders’ positions 11 times. The enemy tried to advance towards the settlements of Vozdvyzhivka, Rizdvianka, Rivne and Charivne.
On the Orikhiv axis, our defenders stopped four attempts by the enemy to advance in the area of Mala Tokmachka, Shcherbaky and towards Orikhiv.
On the Dnipro axis, the enemy tried once to improve its positions.
On the Volyn and Polissia axes, no signs of the enemy forming offensive groupings were detected.
- Overall, over the past day, Russian invaders’ losses amounted to 1,600 personnel. Also neutralised were five tanks, seven armoured combat vehicles, 50 artillery systems, seven multiple launch rocket systems, three air defence assets, seven ground robotic systems, 2,055 unmanned aerial vehicles, 467 vehicles and seven units of specialised enemy equipment.
