Hanna Hvozdar will become Defence Minister Yevhen Khmara’s deputy responsible for the defence industry and exports.

Khmara announced this while speaking to journalists.

Separately, the Ministry will strengthen its digital transformation and cognitive warfare tracks.

For the digital track, the Ministry is considering a candidate with combat experience and experience working at the Ministry of Defence. For cognitive warfare, a candidate has already been selected and the tasks have been defined.

In early August, Mykola Shvydkyi became the deputy minister responsible for the front.

In July, the government appointed two deputy heads of the ministry: Liubov Halan is responsible for developing and preserving the human capital of the Defence Forces, while Serhii Boiev returned to the Ministry of Defence to work with international partners.

“The priority is to preserve the Ministry of Defence team. Strong specialists with expertise and a clear commitment to the state remain in the Ministry. Their task is to ensure continuity of work, continue important projects and strengthen those areas that require additional attention,” the minister said.
