Intelligence has updated information on Russia preparing a massive strike.
Ukraine’s President said this in an evening address, Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported.
“Please, I ask you very strongly, take care of yourselves. Please respond to missile warnings. Ukraine’s services, our Air Force, are ready to respond, to the extent our means of protection allow,” the President said.
Zelenskyy also commented on another attack in the Black Sea against civilian vessels off the coast of Bulgaria. The President noted that Ukraine’s Defence Forces had carried out no operations in that part of the sea.
“Our Navy has contacted colleagues in Bulgaria, and it has been established that this was a Russian combined attack using sea and aerial drones. I instructed our Armed Forces, the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, our intelligence, all our services to cooperate as fully as possible with our partners so that they and we have more capabilities to defend ourselves,” the statement said.
The President also added that the Russians plan to steadily increase escalation in the Black Sea and in European countries.
- Zelenskyy held a meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Staff: they discussed the use of electronic warfare to protect infrastructure. Key tasks were also set to provide the Armed Forces of Ukraine with long-range drones for next year.
