Ukraine’s Defence Forces set several records under the ePoints programme in September. In particular, the military hit the largest number of enemy air defence systems, while the total number of strikes at a depth of more than 20 km exceeded 11,000.

The Ministry of Defence reported that all the results were recorded on video.

The range of successful strikes also increased. A record number of targets were hit at distances of more than 50 km, with most of them along the Mariupol–Crimea logistics route.

The defence ministry singled out a strike on a Russian air defence system at a distance of 552 km as a separate achievement.

In September, the destruction of 33,087 Russian servicemen was confirmed. Higher figures were recorded only in March and April 2026.

At the same time, Ukraine’s air defence strengthened its efforts to counter aerial targets. Despite the increased number of one-way attack drones, Ukrainian forces shot down 28% more Shahed-type drones in September than in August.

  • According to the General Staff, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Russian army has lost around 1,544,260 personnel. On 5 October, Ukrainian forces eliminated another 1,540 Russian soldiers, as well as three tanks, seven armoured combat vehicles, 52 artillery systems, two multiple rocket launchers and 566 vehicles and fuel tankers.
