The first information was provided by Mayor Vitali Klitschko at around 3:30. According to preliminary data, a warehouse building was damaged in the Podilskyi district, and in Obolonskyi there was a strike on non-residential buildings.
“Emergency services are heading to the sites,” the mayor said.
