Bomb disposal experts have neutralised two more undetonated ballistic missiles used by the Russian forces in yesterday’s attack on Kyiv. Parts of the missiles fell near residential buildings in the Shevchenkivskyy and Darnytskyy districts.

This was reported by the National Police.

Police officers neutralised dangerous elements of the warheads and prepared them for safe transportation. Later, using specialised equipment together with SES sappers, the missile fragments were taken to a temporary demolition site for destruction.

Police remind the public: if you find missile debris, drones, or other suspicious objects, do not approach or touch them. Move to a safe distance and report the find by calling 101 or 102.

  • After midday on 7 October, Russia continued to attack Kyiv with drones. As a result of falling debris in the capital, at least 13 people were injured. Two people were killed in the Obolonskyi district and two in the Desnianskyi district.
