On the night of 11 October, a drone crashed and exploded in Moldova. At the same time, national surveillance systems did not record any violation of the country’s airspace.

According to law enforcement, drone debris was found in woodland on the outskirts of the village of Jamena in the Anenii Noi District.
Police received the report about the drone at around 22:20. Military and bomb disposal teams were then dispatched to the scene.
The crash site was cordoned off. Specialists are examining the object and establishing the circumstances of the incident.
- On the morning of 3 October, Moldova’s airspace monitoring system detected several drones.
- According to the Air Operations Service of the National Army, five UAVs were initially detected, and later, during data analysis, a sixth unauthorised flight was recorded.
- Defence Minister Anatolie Nosatîi later clarified that, overall, it involved three missiles and two drones, the debris from which fell in four districts of Moldova.
- In connection with this, Moldova’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs again summoned Russia’s ambassador, Oleg Ozerov. The ministry stressed the seriousness of the situation and underlined that such incidents threaten citizens’ lives and safety.
