In Bohodukhiv district of Kharkiv region, a lorry driver was killed in a Russian attack and another man was injured. The occupiers struck a vehicle belonging to an agricultural enterprise.
This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
According to the investigation, the attack took place on 10 October at around 10:20 near the village of Chornohlazivka in Bohodukhiv district. Russian forces used a “Molniya”-type UAV.
As a result of the strike, the lorry caught fire. Its driver was killed, and another man was injured.
Under the procedural supervision of the Bohodukhiv District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into a war crime that caused a person’s death. Proceedings were opened under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
