In the morning, a Russian drone attacked the Ovruch community in Zhytomyr Region. As a result of the strike, two private homes sustained significant damage.
This was reported by the head of the Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration, Vitalii Bunechko.
"The enemy continues to terrorise Zhytomyr Region. This morning, as a result of a drone strike, two private homes in the Ovruch community sustained significant damage," the statement said.
Three people were injured in the attack. They were taken to hospitals in the region, where they are receiving the necessary medical care.
- In Vinnytsia on 17 October, another Russian attack caused a power outage, as well as a disruption to the water supply. The city’s critical facilities were switched to backup power.
