Russian forces attacked the "Metro" shopping centre in the Rivne region. The strike also affected a residential area.
This was reported by Oleksandr Koval, head of the Rivne Regional Military Administration.
"The enemy attacked a Metro retail outlet. According to preliminary information, no one was injured. I am at the scene together with all services," the statement said.
The Russian attack also caused a fire in one of the residential buildings. It has already been contained.
