"Virtually all the positions have been agreed. Groysman managed to defend the reformist core in the new government," Dmytro Stoliarchuk, press secretary of Rada Speaker Volodymyr Groysman said in his tweeted post. The Bloc of Petro Poroshenko late Monday considered BPP faction leader Yuriy Lutsenko’s nomination for premiership following an unexpected hesitation of Rada Speaker Volodymyr Groysman to lead the government. It was noted that Poroshenko also proposed the position to NSDC chief Oleksandr Turchynov, but he refused.
Earlier, Poroshenko said he expected a new Rada coalition to be created Apr 12.
