Over the past day one soldier was killed and another injured in the zone of the antiterrorist operation in Donbas, the spokesman of the Presidential Administration on ATO Andriy Lysenko told a 28 July press briefing.
He declined to elaborate on where exactly the casualties took place.
The Russia-backed separatists 44 times fired on the positions of Ukrainian army in Donbas. In addition, the ATO forces reported having repelled an attack by militant saboteurs outside the village of Avdiyivka.
