Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman says a law must be adopted imposing a criminal liability for the excessive pressure on the business on behalf of law enforcement and controlling agencies.
The head of government announced on Monday, 9 October, that he has initiated the setting of a working group in the Cabinet that would in "two or three weeks will submit in parliament a bill that provides for liability, including criminal, for law enforcement and regulatory authorities for excessive pressure in relation to businesses."
He said his government has full political support for such a bill.
"We must once and for all put an end to the law enforcement pressure," the prime minister said.
