MP's son held in failed store robbery
MP Ihor Popov (Radical Party) says his 14-year-old son has fallen in with a bad crowd.
A 14-year-old son of MP Ihor Popov (Radical Party) was detained for attempted robbery in Kyiv.
Bohdan Popov Ihorevych, is a resident of Kyiv's Obolon district, Insider wrote on Monday, 27 November, citing a police source. Two individuals in balaclavas tried on 26 November to rob the shop Svyatkovyy on 3 Rokosovskoho Ave.
The son of people's deputy was arrested at the scene with a balaclava and 9-mm Retay starting pistol with 7 rounds. His partner in crime, born in 2002, was held at a bus terminal in a short while .
MP Ihor Popov wrote on Facebook on Monday morning that his son "has fallen with a bad company and has committed an offense."
