President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has introduced Mykhaylo Bno-Ayriyan as the new head of the Kyiv regional state administration during a visit to Boryspil, according to Ukrinform.

The president described him as a "professional specialist" and "professional person".

Bno-Ayriyan, 35 years old, is a specialist in international relations, international business. He is also an Arabic translator. He was the deputy director for communications and international cooperation at the state-owned National Energy Company Ukrenergo, the director of the department for strategic planning and European integration at the Energy and Coal Industry Ministry.
