Gorshenin Institute will host a roundtable discussion "Presidential appointments: competition-based or manual?" at 11 a.m. on 11 July.

The event is organised by Gorshenin Institute in cooperation with human rights activist Semen Gluzman. Information support is provided by LB.ua.

New faces for the sake of new faces?

Does the public demand for radical changes include a personnel component?

How is the president's personnel policy formed?

Participants:

- Semen Gluzman, human rights and public activist,

- Viktor Musiyaka, lawyer, former deputy speaker of the Ukrainian parliament,

- Mykola Siryy, lawyer, senior researcher at the Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine,

- Mykhaylo Lev, lawyer, board chairman at the Centre for Political and Legal Studies.
