Donbas
One Ukrainian serviceman was killed and three wounded as a result of shelling by pro-Russian militants in Donbas, the Joint Forces Operation HQ has said. According to its earlier update this evening, the separatists have violated the ceasefire three times since midnight.
Economy
From 2013 to 2019, Ukraine cut its exports to Russia by 78% but sold 24% more to the EU, an adviser to the presidential chief of staff, Tymofiy Mylovanov, has said.
Coronavirus
The Health Ministry has registered the US Covid-19 vaccine Janssen by Johnson & Johnson for emergency medical use in Ukraine.
Poll
Seven political parties would make it to parliament were an election held in late June, a survey by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology has found out. The 5% threshold would be covered by Servant of the People (20.6% of respondents who have already made their mind), Opposition Platform-For Life (16.9%), European Solidarity (15%) and Fatherland (14.7%), Honour and Dignity (7%), Oleh Lyashko's Radical Party (5.7%) and Groysman's Ukrainian Strategy (5.1%).
Security
All 174 legal entities who ended up on the sanctions list of the National Security and Defence Council have their assets blocked, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has said. Some of them saw their licenses and permits suspended.
Detention
Criminal police have detained a coordinator of Patriots-For Life NGO, Oleh Shyryayev, in Kharkiv, local police chief Andriy Rubel has told Suspilne. According to unofficial reports, Shyryayev was detained in the case concerning the attack on Donbas war veteran Artem Moshenskyy in Dzherelna Street on 30 June.
