Servant of the People's political council meeting
Exclusive: The pro-presidential party Servant of the People has decided against fielding its candidate for Kharkiv city mayor, faction leader Davyd Arakhamiya has said, as quoted by an LB.ua correspondent.
Servant of the People is not considering the dismissal of parliament speaker Dmytro Razumkov, Arakhamiya said.
Crimean Tatars' rights
A Russia-controlled court in Crimea has arrested a deputy head of the Crimean Tatar Majlis, Nariman Dzhelyalov, for two months until 4 November, the Crimean Solidarity website has reported. He suggested that he was arrested because he had recently attended the Crimean Platform initiative summit in Kyiv.

The Russian occupying troops have dropped by a drone two home-made improvised explosive devices on the northern outskirts of a residential district in Zaytseve, the press centre of the Joint Forces Operation HQ. The bombs were made using a 3D printer and contained up to 500 g of plastic explosives.
