US Secretary of State Tony Blinken says that "all the evidence shows that Russia intends to surround Kyiv and threaten it."

This was stated by the US Secretary of State during a special meeting of the OSCE, according to "European Truth".

"Russia's actions are an insult to democracy, human rights and human decency," Blinken said. - For months, Russia pretended to be a diplomat, insisting that it did not intend to invade Ukraine. The Kremlin has been preparing for this cold-blooded attack, the scale of which has not been seen in Europe since World War II."

According to Blinken, Russia's plans to surround and threaten the Ukrainian capital will lead to mass human rights violations.

"The members of this organization (OSCE, - LB.ua) and the entire international community now clearly see Russia's complete renunciation of its commitments to the world, and we will never forget that," Blinken said.

It is recalled that today the United States imposed new sanctions against Russian banks and companies. Announcing them, President Biden said they were "superior to SWIFT and superior to anything."
