On February 26, shot a bus with civilians near Volokhiv Yar village, in Kharkiv oblast - Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the Donetsk regional military-civil administration stated.

“There were seven Donetsk oblast citizens on the bus - 4 women and three men, - reported Kyrylenko. - As of now, we are considering them dead/missing, as there has been no contact with any one of them since February 26. From the information we collected from the citizens of Volokhiv Yar, there are dead people on the bus.

A regular bus, a grey Volkswagen, was traveling on the Kharkiv-Izium route. It is impossible to get the bodies of dead people as the occupiers control the nearby territory.

“I appeal to international human rights organizations to help organize a humanitarian corridor to identify the bodies and take them home,” - wrote Kyrylenko.

In Vovchansk, Kharkiv oblast, locals have no running water and electricity for two days.
