Ten people were killed in Kharkiv after an airstrike on a five-storey building, says the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
Also, six people were injured, and 38 people were rescued (2 of those were pulled from under the rubble). The rescue operation is ongoing.

As reported, at 1.20 p.m. Kharkiv suffered a new airstrike - the missile hit a residential building, there was a fire.
“The missiles hit Novobavarsky Avenue, building No. 5. A five-story residential building was partially destroyed by the strike followed by a fire. The number of casualties is still being determined. Rescuers are working on the site”, said the rescuers.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine also clarified the number of casualties in the Kharkiv Regional State Administration shelling. They have reported about seven people dead and 24 injured; 11 of them were taken to the hospital (including 1 child).
Rescuers and volunteers have rescued 10 people from the rubble and continue to clear the debris. The stairwell and corridors on all floors in the Kharkiv Regional State Administration were partially destroyed.
In the morning of March 1, the Russian troops fired again at the civilian infrastructure of Kharkiv - two missiles hit the building of the regional state administration.
