The Ministry of Health stated that Ukrainians managed to form blood reserves quickly. At present, the Blood Centers are switching to a "stockpile" mode and will harvest blood mainly with Rh-negative.
"According to the Specialized State Institution "Ukrainian Transplant Coordination Center ", now, thanks to the joint efforts of our citizens and doctors, in a short time, we formed stocks of blood components, which now fully meet the needs of the current situation," said in a statement.
If the situation changes, the Ministry of Health will additionally report it on the Ministry of Health and the Ukrainian Transplant Coordination Center pages.
