The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine appealed to Ukrainians not to worry about declaring captured Russian military equipment.

“You captured Russian tank or APS and are worried how you should declare it? Keep calm and continue to defend the Motherland! - the statement says. There is no need to declare Russian tanks and other equipment as the cost of this crap does not exceed the amount of 100 costs of living (248,100 hryvna). Accordingly, it is also not necessary to submit notifications of significant changes in property status within 10 days in case of seizure of such unnecessary items". The General Staff explained that combat trophies are not subject to being declared for the following reasons:

- they were acquired not as a result of some kind of transaction, but in connection with the full-scale aggression on 24 February 2022 of the Russian Federation against the independent and sovereign Ukrainian state as a continuation of Russia's insidious attack on Ukraine in 2014 to destroy the latter;

- Due to the courage and victory of the defenders of the Ukrainian state, enemy military equipment usually gets to you already destroyed and disabled, which makes it impossible to assess it in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Property Valuation, Property Rights and Professional Valuation in Ukraine". Therefore, it is impossible to find out how much such property costs.

“So, Russian tank, fuck off the declaration,” summarized the General Staff.

“At the same time, еру National Agency on Corruption Prevention continues to provide the technical capacity to report significant changes in property status regarding the acquisition of facilities seized from the racist (Russian fascist) army if the declaring entities wish to do so. A detailed explanation is here.

A few days ago a video of how someone stole the Russian armored personnel carrier, having hooked it to a tractor was published on the Internet.
