The State Tax Service of Ukraine announced the suspension of desk audits, in-house and field audits.
The Decree of the President of Ukraine as of 24 February on the imposition of martial law in Ukraine establishes the downtime in the operation of the State Tax Service of Ukraine and its territorial bodies.
Such suspension interrupts the audit period and does not require any additional decisions by the controlling authority.
Desk audits, field and in-house audits, which were to begin in the period from 24 February 2022, and did not start, are postponed for the period until the last day of the calendar month (inclusive), in which the martial law imposed by the Decree will end.
