This is deliberate misinformation through of the information war against Ukraine,"- Center for Countering Disinformation said.
The Center quoted the original excerpt from CNN's Blinken interview: "A war against Ukraine unleashed by the Kremlin leader is doomed to fail, and despite taking under control some Ukrainian cities, Putin was destined to lose because of the courage and stiff resistance of Ukrainians."
Recall that on March 7, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that Russia continues to spread misinformation about weapons of mass destruction in Ukraine. In particular, Russian propaganda media "switched" to the topic of biological weapons.
On March 3, the Kharkiv Regional State Administration reported that Russian media have been spreading fakes that Kherson region residents were asking accept the region to Russia.
