Occupation forces of the Russian Federation prevent conducting an evacuation from the Buchanskyy District of the Kyiv region.
It was stated by the chairman of the Kyiv Regional State Administration Olexiy Kuleba.
"The invader prevents the evacuation of the people. The people who managed to get to the gathering place on their own were taken out of Irpin. Now the area is preparing for a large-scale evacuation of people and humanitarian aid delivery. It requires a silent mode," Kuleba wrote.
At night he informed that there were battles in the Buchanskyy District of the Kyiv region.
"Buchanskyy district. Makariv, Irpin, Hostomel, there were battles at night. The enemy has placed their armor near the Nemishayivska territorial community, Mykhailivska Rubezhivka, Bucha," the head of the Regional State Administration added.
According to him, the occupation forces of the Russian Federation are firing at residential buildings and civilians.
