The Bucha City Council reported that the occupiers had released the workers and volunteers they had earlier taken hostage.
According to the City Council, the enemy took away their SIM cards, so they are not in touch now.
"As soon as we received verified information that the hostages we had reported to have been captured this morning were alive and well, they were released and returned to their families," the statement said.
On the evening of 15 March, the Russian military captured and took six members of the City Hall staff and volunteers to an unknown location. The invaders threw away their passports.
