China will never attack Ukraine; on the contrary - it will assist, in particular in the economy sector, Ukrainian Pravda says, citing Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Ukraine, Fan Xianrong, in a meeting with the head of the Lviv regional military administration, Maksym Kozytskyy.
“China will never attack Ukraine; we will assist, particularly in the economic direction. Our country imports goods worldwide worth more than three trillion dollars in one year. We are ready to help you with your development. In the situation you are in right now, we will act responsibly. We have seen how great the unity of the Ukrainian people is, which means the strength of the Ukrainian people,” the ambassador said.
Earlier, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Oleksiy Danilov, said that World War III would be inevitable if China supported Russia.
