Zelenskyy told about priorities in negotiations with Russia

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized that the priorities of the Ukrainian delegation during negotiations with Russia are, first of all, to end the war and restore the territorial integrity of our country.

He stated this in a video message.

"For peace for us, the Ukrainian delegation speaks with the Russian delegation. And I want all our citizens, the citizens of Ukraine, to hear me now. Negotiations are underway. Negotiations are for the sake of Ukraine," Zelenskyy said.

"My priorities during negotiations are evident: the end of the war, safety guarantees, sovereignty, restoration of territorial integrity, real guarantees for our country, real protection for our country," he said.

Earlier, Zelenskyy also emphasized the importance of the work of delegation of Ukraine at negotiations with the Russian Federation. At the same time, he noted that it takes some time for decisions to be in the interests of Ukraine.

So far, negotiations with Russia have not brought significant results. The parties agreed on humanitarian corridors for residents of cities bombed by Russia. However, the occupiers continue to blockade people in the area of their shelling. There were also cases of shelling of evacuation convoys by the Russians.
