President Volodymyr Zelenskiy assigned to the Cabinet of Ministers to develop the comprehensive program of support for the citizens who lost their homes because of the Russian military invasion.

He said about it in his video message.

“We already have the draft of this program. The first aspect is financial. This is the state support for all displaced persons, adults and children. The state support of the working places for such people there, where they temporarily live. So that every our citizen, every family has a basis for life”, said Zelenskiy.

Also, according to him, the government is preparing concrete offers for housing for forcibly displaced persons and organizing the reconstruction of destroyed housing after the end of the war.

The third aspect is no less important, this is the support of those who have placed people from the territory of combat actions or temporarily occupied territories. At a minimum, they will receive reimbursement of payments for utilities related to the stay of displaced persons”, the president added.

In the near future, Prime Minister Denys Shmygal will explain all the details of such a comprehensive program of support for our citizens.
