National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine has decided to suspend any activities of some political parties by the period of martial law. Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this in his address.
Any activities of the politicians aimed at splitting or collaborating, will not succeed. According to the President, the Ministry of Justice was commissioned to take immediate legal actions to ban the activities of mentioned political parties. Any activities of the politicians aimed at splitting or collaborating will not succeed. President has listed these parties: The Opposition Platform — For Life, Party of Shariy, Nashi, The Opposition Unit, Left Opposition, Left Forces Union, State, Progressive Socialist Party, Socialist Party, Socialists, Volodymyr Saldo Bloc.
According to the President, the Ministry of Justice was commissioned to take immediate legal actions to ban the activities of mentioned political parties.
President started his address that Chornobayivka will enter the history of war: “This is the place, where russian terrorists and their commanders have completely shown themselves, the way they are: incompetent, capable only to drive their people to the slaughter. Our servicemen destroyed the occupiers near Chornobayivka six times. Six times! And they still go there.”.
“Blocked Mariupol will enter the history of responsibility for war crimes. What the occupiers have done with a peaceful city, is terror, which will be remembered even in centuries. And the more Ukrainians tell about it to the world, the more support we get. The more Russia terrorizes Ukraine, the worse consequences come for Russia.
He also named Ukraine ‘the unique state, which does not jostle the others on the international arena, but when Ukraine speaks, it is heard by everyone.’.
Also, Zelensky has outlined the situation on the fronts: “Our Armed Forces continue to restrain the enemy in all main directions, dealing a devastating blow to russian troops. Some occupiers’ units are 80-90% destroyed. The frontlines of our defense are full of corpses of russian terrorists at the points of particularly brutal fights. And no one takes them away. The other russian units are driven to the attack on those corpses. Some reserves, which russian commanders are picking where it’s possible.”.
“It is absolutely clear for us, that Russia has bottomless manpower, plenty of equipment, missiles, and air bombs. But I would like to ask the russians: what the years have done to you if you stopped noticing your losses?”, - it is said in the address.
Also, Zelenskyy has emphasized that already more than 14 thousand russian soldiers were killed in Ukraine: “These are 14 thousand mothers. These are 14 thousand fathers. These are wives, children, relatives, friends. And you do not notice that?”.
President also wished a happy birthday to Lina Kostenko, and has quoted her poem by calling to avoid scanty thinking.
