Chief of State bureau of investigation Oleksiy Sukhachov asked Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal to provide additional 30 thousand hryvnya reward for bureau heads and privates during martial law. - writes “Ukrayinska Pravda” referring to the letter of Oleksiy Sukhachov.
“I request to expand the list of subjects eligible for additional reward in accordance with the resolution of Cabinet of Ministers dated 28.02.2022 number 168 "Issues of certain payments to servicemen, privates and heads, police and their families during martial law", with privates and heads of the Bureau. - the letter goes.
As edition indicates, according to the regulations of the resolution, additional rewards is 30 thousand hryvnyas per month and is paid to servicemen of Armed Forces of Ukraine, Security Service of Ukraine, Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, Chief Directorate of Intelligence, National Guard, State Border Guard Service, State Security Administration, State Special Communications Service, State Special Transport Service, military prosecutors of Prosecutor General’s Office and of State Emergency Service, employees of Judicial Protection Service, heads of National Anti-Corruption Bureau and policemen.
According to Sukhachov, employees of State bureau of investigation are to be subject to the same provision conditions as the National police.
According to “Ukrayinska Pravda” interlocutors in Bureau, for the time of martial law, they are mostly transferred to western regions of the country. In particular, chief investigation department except for certain divisions, was moved to Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk oblasts (administrative divisions in Ukraine).
In his address to Prime Minister, Head of Bureau states that Bureau of investigation takes part in active resistance to the military aggression of Russian Federation against Ukraine and executes other measures of ensuring the national interests and security of Ukraine.
Moreover, according to “Ukrayinska Pravda” sources in authorized bodies, the salaries of investigators and operatives of the Bureau are about 60 thousand hryvnyas, deputy directors - about 80 thousand, and directors - more than 100 thousand hryvnyas.

Bureau named information on rewards untrue and stated rewards were only meant for employees of Bureau special forces unit that are at the forefront since the very beginning of the Russian invasion and perform combat tasks together with units of Chief Directorate of Intelligence, National Police, and others.
Bureau also stated their units are located at their locations. “Employees of the Central Office, including Bureau leadership, are now in Kyiv, investigators and operatives perform defined tasks. Exceptions are units in regions where active military actions are taking place. Even despite this, redeployment concerns mostly administrative departments and women workers” - Bureau stated.
Bureau announced they have already registered 120 criminal proceedings for high treason and collaborationism.
“State bureau of investigation proceeds with active work for Ukrainian victory. It detects hostile RSGs, initiates criminal proceedings against collaborators, and does much more for resistance to russian aggression and ensuring law and order in Ukraine” - mentioned in Bureau.
