Russian advances grind to a halt in almost all directions in Ukraine and show lack of progress on the ground. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Russian army has significant losses in manpower and firepower, bad logistics and new frontlines with too few soldiers.

The military commissariats of the Kuban, Primorsky Krai, Yaroslavl Oblast, and regions of the Ural Federal District are forced to extreme measures in matters of staffing and are currently conducting covert mobilization. However, people in these regions do not want to participate in the bloody war. There are mass cases of young men evading the draft in these regions.

At the same time, Russian propaganda is refocusing to prepare the Russian population for a long war. Media outlets are spreading disinformation about the alleged success of the so-called "special military operation" and hold public events in support of the war in Ukraine.

According to some sources, during his visit to Moscow, Libya's eastern-based military leader Khalifa Haftar has reached an agreement with the Russian government to send Libyan "volunteer fighters" to Ukraine. The transfer of “volunteers” is likely to be at the expense of the private military company "League" (formerly "Wagner") using aircrafts of the Air Force of the Russian Federation.

Mobilization is also launched in the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts. The management of technical colleges and institutes calls students who are older 18 years of age for so-called “registration”. As of today, recently mobilized men comprise the vast majority of the military staff of 1st Army Corps in Donetsk (temporarily occupied by Russia). Russian troops are suffering low morale, most of the «newcomers» have neither combat experience nor desire to fight. The military equipment and machinery is outdated. Panic is spreading among the “newcomers” due to the shortage in manpower, weapons and equipment.

Units of the Russian Guard, or Rosgvardiya (militarized civilian police force), and police units were deployed in Kherson, as part of the rotation of Russian military units.

During another attempt to attack Kyiv, Russians lost a joint detachment of the 6th Tank Division. Due to the strong and active position of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Brovary district, Russian troops remain cut off from the supply of fuel and food.

Ukrainian troops continue to heroically repel the enemy, while hundreds of pieces of Russian military equipment have been abandoned or captured in Ukraine.

However, there is still a threat that Russia will continue to use high precision long range weapons to strike Ukrainian cities, including the hypersonic aero-ballistic air-to-surface missile Kinzhal. Belarus is also preparing to send troops to Ukraine.
