The next round of talks between Ukraine and russia will take place in Turkey on 28-30 March.
This was announced by the Ukrainian parliamentarian and member of delegation in the negotiations Davyd Arakhamiya.
"Today, at the next round of talks by video, it was decided to hold the next live round by two delegations in Turkey on 28-30 March," he wrote on Facebook.
The people's deputy promised to tell details later.
According to TASS, the same information about the negotiations was released by the head of the russian delegation Vladimir Medinskiy.
Earlier, Mykhailo Podoliak, an adviser to the chief of president's office and a member of the Ukrainian delegation to the talks, stressed that Ukraine's demands remain unchanged, and russia voices only its requests in the media.
As you know, Turkey is one of the possible venues for the Ukrainian-russian summit at the highest level. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has repeatedly stressed that he is ready to hold direct talks with putin. The Ukrainian head of state is convinced that if the conversation fails, it could be the beginning of World War III.
On 18 March, russian presidential spokesman Dmitriy Peskov said that the need for a meeting between putin and Zelenskyy would depend on the modality of the ceasefire document, which has yet to be agreed.
The Ukrainian and russian delegations have already held four rounds of talks. On the russian side, the delegation is headed by former Minister of Culture and putin's aide Medinskiy. Putin himself, according to some reports, is in a bunker in the Altai. The bunker is designed for nuclear war.
Earlier, the Financial Times published a draft peace agreement between Ukraine and russia. Mykhailo Podoliak, an adviser to the chief of president’s office, called it nothing more than a draft that demonstrates russia's position, and noted that the Ukrainian side confirms only the ceasefire, the withdrawal of russian troops and security guarantees from a number of countries.
