The occupiers irradiated in Chornobyl arrive at the Gomel Radiation Center - General Staff

The occupiers, who received significant doses of radiation during their stay in the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone, were taken to the Gomel Republican Scientific and Practical Center of radiation medicine and human ecology under the guise of wounded Russians.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook.

Russia has been waging a full-scale war against Ukraine for 37 days. The occupiers withdraw separate units from the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions and regroup troops. The possible reason is to create assault groups in the Slobozhanskyy and Donetsk directions.

"The Russian occupiers continue detaining local residents in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia region, in Enerhodar, on the territory of the military unit of the National Guard of Ukraine. The invaders suspect them of organizing pro-Ukrainian protests and preparing sabotage against the invaders. Employees of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation are interrogating them using psychological and physical pressure," the military said.

There are also data that the occupiers will hold a so-called referendum in Tokmak (Zaporizhzhia region) on 4 April.

The military and the Rosguard are temporarily controlling Melitopol. The Russians are installing artillery systems in residential areas, from which they fire in the direction of Zaporizhzhia.

They also do not give up the idea of changing the language of teaching in Ukrainian schools from Ukrainian to Russian. The invaders offer money to those educators who agree to the change.

The enemy troops also try to distribute their "humanitarian aid". At the same time, they steal Ukrainian humanitarian aid sent from Zaporizhzhia.

The occupiers failed to restore the thermal power plant in the temporarily occupied town Shchastia in the Luhansk region because qualified specialists had left the settlement before. The plant had suffered significant damage due to the hostilities in the area.

In Stanytsia Luhanska, Russian invaders are conducting propaganda activities. Employees of the occupation administration work with low-income families registered with social services and distribute so-called "humanitarian aid".

Retreating the city of Bucha, Russian occupation forces mined civilian buildings, infrastructure and areas within the settlement.

The Russian occupiers entered the Chornobyl zone in the first days of the war. They were stationed with weapons and ammunition near the Chornobyl nuclear power plant, which posed a particular emergency risk. At the same time, they decided to dig trenches in the so-called Red Forest - more than 202 square meters near the nuclear power plant, which took on a hefty dose of radiation after the 1986 disaster.

The occupiers went there without personal protective equipment and raised clouds of radioactive dust there.

On 31 March, the occupiers' two columns marched from the occupied Chornobyl zone toward the Ukrainian border with the Republic of Belarus.
